Dear XXXXXXX surely we would discuss about your reports.
However I have some questions which would help me to analyze your report better.

1. Was this a routine checkup or any health issue was troubling you?

2. Do you consume alcohol?

3. Any of your parents suffering from any particular disease or illness?

Hello Doctor,

1. It was just a routine check-up.
2. Yes, like 2-3 times a month (2 cocktail everytime, very rare like 2-3 times a year i will over drunk). Any problem in the report bcoz of consuming alcohol?

3. My dad is having high BP, he is 68 now and it is in control.

I'm doing exercise regularly and started taking Lean Muscle Protein supplement from past 1 month.

Brief Answer:
Lifestyle modifications

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I have evaluated your reports and some life style modifications are required. No medicines are indicated.

Your reports are extremely good.

Only few important issues are there:

1. Low HDL - which is a good cholesterol. For this you should exercise daily.

2. Disturbed thyroid profile - No medicines required, just go ahead for a repeat thyroid profile.

3. Bilirubin is high- Go for hepatitis B , C testing and Ultrasound Abdomen.

These tests for tobacco value are insignificant tests.

Rest all your reports are in acceptable range and don't warrant any treatment.

I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
