Brief Answer:
The function of the thyroid gland is within the normal ranges.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

From the result of thyroid hormones it doesn't seem to be pathology of the thyroid function.

To complete the whole screening for thyroid pathologies you need also an ultrasound of the thyroid gland to define it's structure ( if there is any nodule, enlarged gland etc.).

If the thyroid hormones ( the function of the gland) and the structure of the gland are within the normal levels than we can say that you do not have thyroid pathologies.

Hope the information will help.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
