Brief Answer:
You have severe vitamin D deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have severe vitamin D deficiency.
You should take vitamin D supplements.
Oral tablets are available and injectable vitamin D is also available. But oral vitamin D is sufficient in most of the cases. You should take complete course.

Sun light exposure is also needed for natural vitamin D synthesis.

You also need vitamin b complex supplements.

You should also check your calcium level. Because severe vitamin d deficiency can leads to hypocalcemia. If it comes at low range then take calcium supplements also.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.

Thank you so much XXXXXXX for you quick response. I will check my calcium levels tomorrow.

I have frequent giddiness, headache, dullness & heavy head. Is this due to the deficiency of D3 ?

Also do you recommend to consult any specialist doctor to get vitamin D & Vitamin B complex supplements.

Can i continue to go to GYM. Please suggest.

Thanks,
XXXX

Brief Answer:
It is most likely due to vitamin D deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

Your symptoms are most likely to be due vitamin D deficiency or consequences of vitamin D deficiency.

However other cause like hypertension and migraine should be ruled out.

Vitamin D is available in 60000 unit oral tablet. You should take it once a week for 2 months or daily dosage are also available.
But it is prescription based medicine so you should consult your doctor.

Physician is ok for these vitamin supplements.

You should also take sunlight exposure.
You can continue your gym. Thete is no harm in that. Take proper nutrition.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
