What is the remedy for hot flash with diabetes?

i am very tired my hemogolbin was low but now its up to 9,5 today woke up ok went shopping and into my shopping trip i got what i thought was a hot flash..im 44 years old have been a diabetic for34 years . im getting my period almost every month last month and this month there hasn t bein a problem ...mary

Dear madam

Hot flashes in diabetes might be due to various reasons like
1. Hypothyroidism
2. Hypocalcemia
3. Vitamin D3 deficiency
4. Oxidative stress
5. Polycystic ovarian syndrome

I advice you to get thyroid profile and rule out hypothyroidism..

Advice to take a dose of vitamin d3 and calcium to relieve hot flushes. Some times estrogen deficiency causes hot flushes.
