What Does My Histopathology Test Result Indicate?
Question: Dear doctor i hav been diagnosed with genital tuberculosis by mtd test of endometrial curettage.doctor has prescribed at therapy for six months.
However the doctor did not discussed much about histopathology report i.e. Histology consistent with progestational endometrium and focally the stroma is cellular with an ocasional dilated gland showing tubal metaplasia.
Does this diagnosis suggest cancer

Mam i have been diagnosed with uterus tb also. I have a query that whether this type of tb can be transmitted by sexual contact? It can be prevented by using condom as preventive measure or not?

TB is not a sexually transmitted diseases and cannot be transmitted through sex.
But in research cutaneous TB of penis causes uterine TB( it is very rare condition).
But it is better to use condom for prevention.
I have gone through your report and it is not showing any cancerous changes.

I am extremely thankful to you.now i can start my tb medicines.doctor was saying that my one tube is blocked due to tb and so if i start medicines my chances of recovery and conception are more.
I was having iregular bleeding and intermenstrual spotting since many years which sunsided when doc put me on contraceptive pills.This problem got diagnosed only now.I am.afraid that this disease has been in my body since long.Will it be cured
