Brief Answer:
You need treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi. Welcome to Healthcare Magic. I am Dr Anshul Varshney for your help.
You have 2 issues:

1. Hypothyroidism : For this your doctor would start you on Tab Thyroxine initially at 25 microgram and repeat the results after 1 month.

2. Vitamin D Deficiency : For this you need to take Cap Uprise D3 once a week for 3 months initially.
Increase early morning sun exposure.

Remember that people with hypothyroidism usually require life long treatment. Dose may keep on varying as par the repeat check up.

I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query please ask.
