Brief Answer:
presently the folliculargrowth is adequate

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for contacting health care magic

Considering the 8th day of cycle , there are follicles in both the ovaries and are of adequate size 8x7mm each corresponding to the day of cycle. also the endometrial thickness of 6mm is fine. one needs to wait for a minimum size of 18x20mm when a hcg injection can be given for ovulation.

It is however too early to say or comment about pregnancy but yes the growth is adequate at present.
