Brief Answer:
Lifestyle modifications.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
You seem to be suffering from Alcoholic Fatty Liver disease.
You need to stop alcohol completely and the SGOT and SGPT would take time to settle down.
I would recommend you an Ultrasound Abdomen to rule out Fatty liver disease.
Good cholesterol is also high but doesn't require medicines. Moreover the medicines used to control cholesterol also affects liver.
You should take low fat diet , start exercises.
You may continue to take Udimarin. In fact I recommend Ursedeoxychlolic Acid 600 mg twice a day for 3 months initially.
So first of all get an Ultrasound Abdomen done and write back to me with reports.
If you have any further query, please ask me.

Brief Answer:
Yes you can start

Detailed Answer:
Hello, The medicine you are taking also contains Ursedoxycholic acid with Silymarin, but the dose prescribed to you is low.
I would recommend you to discuss this issue with your doctor and advice of starting on 600 mg twice a day.
Your reports are not very good but needs proper treatment for the same.
