Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the query.
From lab report of urine it looks the case of urinary tract infection.
Oflomac is the antibiotic which you started for the same problem.
I would prescribe syp. Cefixime along with oflox to my patient for 7 days to clear the infection till culture report comes. Discuss about this your treating doctor.
Also give a lot of water.
I would suggest you to do urine culture and sensitivity to choose proper antibiotics.
Reddish urine is due to rbc in urine.
Pus cells more than 5 hpf suggest UTI.
Hope I helped you.

Brief Answer:
need to change the antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the query.
Rbc in urine is called as haematuria, indicate infection if it is plenty and along with fever and pus cells.
I think you need to change the antibiotics as ofloxacin is not treating the infection.
See your treating doctor for change of antibiotics.
I would like to know about fever, and culture report of urine so that we can go for proper antibiotics.
In such situations we may have to give I.V. antibiotics if patient is not responding to oral treatment.
Hope i helped you.

Brief Answer:
need some details.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the follow up.
I would like to have details about the child.
Is there any fever?
Swelling around eyes or on legs?
Have you started cefixime?
Eating well or not?
Vomiting or not?

Culture report will take at least 2 days to come.
Till then if the child is stable you can start cefixime or i.v.(intravenous) ceftriaxone after discussing with you doctor.

Also ultrasonography of abdomen may be done if feels necessary by treating doctor.
Hope i helped you.
