What Does My Chest Radiograph Indicate?
Question: My wife Radigraph of chest has following findings.
The heart ,mediastinum and pulmonary hila are unremarkable
There is streaky atelectasis/scarring in the right mid lung.
There is subsegmental atelectasis at the lung bases.
There is no pleural effusion.
The bony throax is intact.
Impression:
Bibsilar subsegmental atelectasis
No pneumonic consolidation or pleural effusion.

However, the treatment which is given now is not for tuberculosis.
The treatment depends on your current symptoms.
The current problem appears to be some allergic problem unrelated to tubercular infection.
In case there is suspicion of recurrence of tubercular infection, relevant tests have to be done.
Consult your treating doctor for further work up and investigations for tuberculosis if required.

Today we had doctor consultation , he said us there is no Tb , No lung infection.
He told She had dust allergy. and gave Mondesior ,Samproz-D ,Omnacorhi
Ascure EXM sysrup and budamate to inhale. She had one dose of above them and vomit 15 min after had medicine. In vomit cough seems there. Is vomiting is common in this scenario? She also not taking much food. Early 10 % of original diet.
