General & Family Physician 's  Response
welcome to Health care magic.
1.There are multiple nodular parenchyma ( lung tissue ) opacities in the right mid lung. ( nodule like lesion appearance )
2.It can be pneumonic infection / mass lesion.
3.For further evaluation needs contrast enhanced CT scan - helps in analysing the mass lesions.
4.Left side also shows atelectatic changes - post infection / collapse.
5.No a single x-ray will not cause lumps.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
