Question: Sir My MCV Blood test is 104.3 Same day i take alcohol. and morning i give the blood
for test.
Kindly confirm any problem or not

Both MCV and MCH are marginally increased

Hi welcome to Health care magic,
I have seen the report. Both MCV and MCH are marginally increased.This is I am sure temporary, not related to alcohol intake and nothing to worry about.
Slight changes in size of red cells (MCV) and Hemoglobin content (MCH) can occur temporarily and then revert to normal.
I do not think it is necessary, but if it bothers you, repeat the test after 15 days.
