Question: What does a low platelet number mean from a blood test? Similarly what does a high Neutrophil number mean? a low lymph number and a high monocyte number mean. Results were 144 for platelets, 0.76 for neutrophils and 0.11 for lymph and 0.11 for monocytes in % terms.

Brief Answer:
Platelet count is almost normal, post complete blood count report.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks and posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

The platelet count of 1.46 lakh/cubic milliliter is almost normal.
The normal platelet count is between 1.5 to 4.5 lakh/cubic milliliter.

The platelet count is slightly low but there is nothing to worry.

For the differential leucocyte count, I would like to have a look at entire blood counts.

Kindly, post the blood counts for better information.

Awaiting

Thanks and take care
