Brief Answer:
The results are only borderline abnormal

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear.
Welcome to HCM. I have gone through the details.

Red cell distribution width and mean corpuscular hb concentration are borderline abnormal and points towards mild iron deficiency.

Mean platelet vol is also only borderline high and this should not cause any worry.
I would like to know your hemoglobin level along with peripheral smear result and iron profile.
There is actually nothing serious about the reports.
Please get theses tests done and revert back.

Thanks and regards
