Brief Answer:
viral infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
The reports you have sent show two abnormalities
1. High Wbc count
2. High lymphocytes
Both put together can happen in any viral respiratory infection.
Crp is negative so it rules out serious bacterial infection.
Don't worry
If your child is well now there is no need to repeat the test.
The wbc and lymphocytes would have returned to normal now.
No further treatment or investigation is required.
Wishing your child good health.
Regards
Dr Arun
