Question: hello Doctor..I need a detailed information about this x Ray and the report...can u help me..you are my best suggestion ..I ve attached the reports below

It is really difficult to comment on these X-rays due to poor quality.
However,cervical X-ray findings may suggests mild degenerative changes in cervical spine.It is evident by presence of early osteophytes.
Osteophytes are due to chronic stress on annulus fibrosis.

It is important to know about symptoms and reason for investigation.
MRI (cervical spine) may be advised if needed.

Majority of degenerative disc disease patients are benefited by conservative treatment in the form of physiotherapy,analgesics and muscle relaxants.

Physiotherapy helps in strengthening of paraspinal muscles and it prevents further changes.

As we discussed earlier,findings suggests mild degenerative changes in cervical spine.It is evident by spondylotic changes.
These are minor findings and patient may only require conservative management in the form of physiotherapy,analgesics and muscle relaxants.
If you have tingling sensation,numbness etc in upper limb then MRI(cervical spine)may be advised.
