Question: Hi I am female age 29 and i am still unmarried. The problem i have is bulky uterus with posterior wall adenomyosis causing extrinsic mass effect with displacement of endometrial cavity anteriorly. Couple of rim enhancing hemorrhagic cysts 4.2 * 3.1 seen in the POD arising from the right ovary and 2.8 * 1.5 cms in the left ovary..... Kindly let me know that whether this is a serious problem. My doctor has adviced not to do surgery as of i am not yet married. Will this cause problem to get me pregnant after my marriage. I also suffer every month during my monthly periods cycle with severe stomach pain and vomitting. Please guide me . I am very much afraid

I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
Your doctor treatment is right as you are not married oral contraceptive is the treatment of choice.
You have to take these medications for at least 4-5 cycles.
For pain and bleeding you can take pain killer along with iron and calcium tablets.
This is not a serious concern but it may cause future infertility.
