Brief Answer:
Visit to a neurologist, continue increased doses

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
In case, no improvement with current dose, increase is required. The effect of drug is seen in 2-3 weeks. The probable diagnosis may be frontotemporal dementia having memory and behavioural symptoms.
The improvement in memory may not be very marked but behavioural symptoms may be controlled.
You are advised to get a visit to a neurologist for detailed mental status examination to guide you about improvement and prognosis.
Patient examination is necessary to make a prognostic statement.
