Brief Answer:
Not dangerous, especially when there are no symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

WPW is a syndrome, when impulses in the heart travel not only on their usual way, but also have an abnormal path. The complication can be an arrhythmia, when a person has fast heart rate, which starts suddenly. Sometimes, people can have those abnormal conduction paths (WPW), but never develope any arrhythmia.
So, if your daughter has no complaints of sudden onset of tachycardia, then nothing to worry.

Hope this was helpful

Wishing your daughter a good health
