Brief Answer:
CT coronary angiogram advisable.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. I have checked the attached ECG strips and indeed there is some ST depression which indicates that your hear is getting inadequate blood supply and therefore crying out in pain, the pain and discomfort you presently report. You need to undergo a CT Coronary Angiogram. It is a non-invasive procedure which will evaluate the degree of clogging of the blood vessels in your heart, and if some of them are in critical state, further interventions would be advisable. Those interventions will reduce your discomfort, pain as well as the requirement of medication.

Let me know if I could be of further assistance.

Brief Answer:
Medicines need to be taken for long

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Sorry for not being able to respond earlier.

Other than vestibulopathy I had suspected all others. Anyway, regular medication will keep the situation under control. Refrain from fatty or junk food. Walking or cycling regularly will improve the condition.

Regards
