Question: market thecal sack compression with L 45 disc herniation and nerve compression on 4th nerves.? Epidural injections or is surgery necessary.radiculopathy

It is safe, has no complications and can release the pain without need for surgery. You can try till three times epidural injections and if they aren't effective then surgery is nessesary.
