Brief Answer:
Look at serum creatinine

Detailed Answer:
Hi there
I have read your query and will try to help you.

What you need to understand XXXX, is the fact that creatinine is best measured in serum. Creatinine is a waste produced by the muscle metabolism and this is excreted in the kidney via the urine.

So urine creatinine is usually expected to be high.

In your case, its low. But thats ok if the serum creatinine is also ok and normal. In that situation it can be low as well.

You see, as I said, creatinine comes from muscles. Now if your overall musculature is low, creatinine will be low. Also, creatinne is produced by muscle activity like exercise. So if you are not doing heavy exercises, it may be low again.

The point is that if serum creatinine is ok, you need not worry.

Best of luck
