Brief Answer:
7 day course of ciprofloxacin

Detailed Answer:
Hi

As you are having inflammation or infection in the rectal area and elevated blood results i would advise you to take antibiotic ciprofloxacin with your doctors advise which will kill all the infection.

Inflammation sometimes causes hot spot in pet scan but since your colonoscopy is normal there is no chance of recurrence of colon cancer and you do not need to worry.

I will advise you to do a blood test for Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA).
