What Does Hypercellular Marrow With Trilineage Maturation In A Bone Marrow Biopsy Indicate?
Question: Hi, I am a 45 year old female and recently had a bone marrow biopsy due to persistent leukocytosis, lymphocytosis and thrombocytosis.. I have a history of hereditary spherocytosis with a splenectomy. My results are negative for leukemia or other type of cancerous process, for which I am relieved.However, could you explain what exactly "hypercellular marrow with trilineage maturation with marrow cellularity of 70%" means and if there is any treatment I may need to seek because of it.

I am asymptomatic. My white count, platelet and lymphocytes counts have been slowly creeping up over the course of 7 + years. My CRP is 68.24 which is high. My ANA is negative, RH factor is negative, lupus testing is negative. JAK2 is negative. Factor V is negative. My Mom had a brother who died of Leukemia at the age of 12.
