Brief Answer:
Most probable cause for complains is anxiety

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

You have negative cardiac tests and chest tightness for 2 months which rule out hear attack.
You were diagnosed anxiety which can be the most probable cause of your complains.
You were ruled out GERD also.
I think you doctor has diagnosed you correctly
Anyway the remaining thing that can cause similar complains are vertebra problems or costochondritis. So you can check these also if you are not sure with the diagnosis.

Wish you good health
If you have further questions don't hesitate to ask

Regards,

Brief Answer:
GERD is ruled out

Detailed Answer:
I looked through your previous questions before answering. There were no symptoms of GERD, so we can rule out it.
Anxiety is the most probable diagnosis, but anyway you can also check your vertebra

Take care
