Brief Answer:
Nothing abnormal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Actually there is nothing abnormal on your ECG. Nothing to worry.
Left axis deviation is seen often in overweight people.
You shouldn't worry, but I would advise you to follow healthy lifestyle and lose your weight.

Did you see the chart I uploaded? Would you suggest going to a cardiologist?

Brief Answer:
No significant abnormality on ECG

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

I have seen your ECG uploaded, there was no significant abnormality. I think there is no need to refer to cardiologist.
Anyway if you have complaints or you are worried much, you can undergo echocardiography.
In your case the most important issue is to follow healthy lifestyle and lose weight . Try to avoid fast food, soda, sweets, eat frequently and with small portions, don't drink liquids with meal, try not to eat after 7 pm and don't eat fruits after 5pm, exercise regularly

Hope I could help you

Wishing you good health

Regards,
