What Does Bleeding Post Embryo Transfer With Negative UPT Indicate?
Question: Hi I am on my 10 days post embryo transfer ( 5 days blastocyst) started seeing brown coloured blood. Urine pregnancy test negative. Due to check urine and blood hcg on the 5/6/14. Does that mean the implantation has failed.

1) Sometimes the implantation bleeding also appears like this. It is the bleeding associated with implantation of the embryo.
2) Hence it is difficult to say if this was your cycle or implantation bleeding.
3) I suggest you wait till 5th XXXXXXX and get beta hCG blood test done to confirm pregnancy and let me know the report. Meanwhile continue with medicines.
4) Urinary pregnancy test wont show result this early.
