Hi Sir,
I have gone through your follow up query and images; it suggests that you may be suffering from the edema of the uvula and it may be due to the inhaled or ingested allergens such as smoking etc.

In this condition in our patients I personally advise antihistamines, steroids, antibiotics and antacids.
I personally also advise you to stop smoking.
Edema of the uvula is the one of the cause of snoring.
