ENT Specialist 's  Response
hyoidoepiglittopexy can be done
that means hyoid is fixed to epiglottis
and hyoid can also be fixed with small plates but needs a multidisciplinary approach from plastic surgeon , ENT surgeon and orthopaedic surgeon .
if u have more difficulty only get operated
if u can tolerate better leave it
