Brief Answer:
Get investigated as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
At this age you may be having dementia and cervical spondylosis.
Is there any behavioural abnormalities, urinary complains, gait disturbances, loss of consciousness, seizures?
You need to get examined by a neurologist.
You may require brain Mri.
Blood investigations like blood sugar, Thyroid profile, vitamin B 12, renal function test, liver function test lipid profile should be done.
For dizziness cervical spine imaging may be required. Physiotherapy will be helpful.
Provide any reports if available.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
