What Does A Homocysteine Value Is 22.28 In Blood Report Suggest?

Question: My Homocysteine value is 22.28, Vitamin B12 level is 355, Vitamin D(25OH) is 9.86. For last one month i am having following medicine
1. Cap Lavanza - 1 at night
2. Mecoram - 1 in the morning
3. Tab Caltas 60K - twice a week
I am consulting a Neurosurgeon in XXXXXXX but waiting time is very long there.

Kindly advise how many days i have to take above medicine.

Sir, Kindly suggest me subtitute of these medicine, as these medicines are available only in the chemist shop of Dr. clinic only. Not easy to find in open market
