Thanks for your reply. I was able to view the pictures. And in my opinion this could be contact dermatitis or infection of the abdominal wall

You should consult your doctor or a dermatologist for examination and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin CBC , liver function test and blood sugar may be needed to arrive at a diagnosis.

You should wash it with antiseptic solution or soap and keep it moist by applying any moisturiser or antibiotic ointment. Please don't scratch or disturb it any more.
