Brief Answer:
Hypothyroidism

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. With history of thyroid radiations, these high thyroid stimulating hormones and low thyroid hormones of T4 and T3 suggest hypothyroidism. All you need is adequate supplementation with thyroxine and frequent monitoring of thyroid hormones till you reach euthyroid state. Rest of the investigations of BUN and pos are fine. Antibody titres are not that high and just need thyroid supplementation.

Talk to your endocrinologist and let them start you on the medications. I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Brief Answer:
Dose adjustment

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me

The dose then needs adjustment as the current state is not in euthyroid and needs dose re adjustment to reach the normal hormonal levels.

I hope it helps.
