Question: Hi Doctor,
My Scan report shows
1.No evidence of sub carnial lymphadenopathy.
2.subcms lymphnode involving prevascular and para tracheal groups.
3.At present no evidence of active pulmounary/mediastinal/pleural Tuberculosis seen.

What it means? Any thing serious? what type of treatment i should undergo? Please make me clear about it.
Doctor has given some medicines and asked me to come back after 15 days for next scan.

Thank You. Waiting for your reply.

Brief Answer:
scan is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

As per your history and symptoms you are having exertional dyspnoea, which points to a cardiac cause. Your having giddiness at the same time supports this.

Beltching can be due to gastritis.

Your CT scan report is mostly normal. Your chest is clear, there is no evidence of infection. Prevascular and paratracheal group of nodes are less than one cm and so are insugnificant. There are no other lymphadenopathy around your haed to cause compression of vessels supplying to the brain to cause giddiness.

So i would suggest that you get an ECG, or preferably a stress echocardiography as you have symptoms only during exertion, to check the fitness of your heart, and show to a cardiologist. As that is the only possibility left, rest are normal.

Hope i have been helpful.

Regards,
Dr. Ashish Verma
