Brief Answer:
Brain is normal as per MRI.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your daughter's symptoms and MRI brain report.

I am pleased to report to you that the brain is normal as per the MRI. However, it shows minor infection of nose sinuses, which would get better on own.

Her symptoms could be related to seizures, which needs further evaluation.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Brief Answer:
EEG could be suggestive of seizures.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

I have gone through the EEG report, it could be suggestive of seizures.

It may be important to start anti-epileptic medications.

Best wishes,

so, your diagnostic is Epileptic?
but what i know about the epileptic if the patient has the case, you cant stop it until it is stopped by itself, because of the electrons.

in my daughter case, if my eyes come to her eyes or i call her during the movements she will stop and come back normal.

i have sent you an email at YYYY@YYYY with a short video while she has the case.

Brief Answer:
Most likely diagnosis is epilepsy

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

Based on the description and EEG reports, the most likely diagnosis is epilepsy.

In some cases of seizures, it can happen as the way you have described.

Is it most likely epilepsy or 100%
Because her neurologist doctor in the report show normal at the end of the report and he said might be self playing.

But her psycological doctor said it might be epilepsy
So, am confused and not sure to start the medication or not.

Since 10 days she is normal and didnt be in the case.

Brief Answer:
It is most likely epilepsy

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

Epilepsy is a clinical diagnosis which is based on description and only supported by EEG.

So, a normal EEG does not rule out epilepsy.

Based on the description, the most likely diagnosis is epilepsy and we can not say 100%.

If she is normal now, you may wait for now. Only if she has recurrence of symptoms, you need to start medications.

Best wishes,
