Brief Answer:
an overall acidosis status for further determination

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

1. First, reference range of the lab where you did the testing is required. You can provide the full report of your blood tests.

2. Generally, I can say:
- ph, HCO3 slightly decreased
- k slightly elevated
- respiration and heart rate slightly elevated with subfebrile body temperature

These parameters are not enough. More information is needed :
- do you have diarrhea? Vomiting?
- what about urine analysis? Any problems with your kidneys?
- any medication used on regular basis?

Your parameters are indicating an acidosis status that needs further evaluation to determine the final cause.

Looking forward to have the requested information in.
