Brief Answer:
The spot on leg/ thigh is Cafe au lait macule.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

The one on leg/ lower part of thigh, is cafe au lait macule. It is sharply defined and is irregularly triangular in shape.
The other probably is image of back with a blue fabric visible in its upper right corner. The spot in this image is not cafe au lait macule.

Thanks. Any idea what it could be if not a cal spot? It's not a bruise as it has been present for years.

Brief Answer:
Use a topical steroid cream for pigmentation on back

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Seems non specific type of pigmentation, probably secondary to irritation and scratching Or secondary to fungal infection but certainly not due to CALM.
You may use a moderately potent topcal steroid e.g triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% cream twice daily. It should fade away with this.
