Brief Answer:
Tests advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I understand your anxiety about the issue
In my opinion get the tests repeated on day 2 or day 3 of periods.
And also get TSH levels along with AMH levels.
Also do a urine pregnancy test in case you have had any unprotected sexual activity.
Get the reports and we can discuss further management after the reports

Brief Answer:
High FSH-plan pregnancy as soon as possible

Detailed Answer:
Your FSH is very high for your age and thus is not good for conception point of view.
So get AMH levels done and then we will decide what we need further as in my opinion according to these tests you should plan pregnancy at the earliest.
Waiting for AMH report.
This absence of periods is also because of high FSH so needs urgent management

hi,

my family doctor said elevated FSH might be because of high TSH levels. i have TSH level of 10. my periods were regular from past 2 years without any medication. I will get FSH and AMH tested next month. can AMH be tested any time of menstrual cycle? is there any relation between FSH and TSH?

thanks,
XXXX

Brief Answer:
No relation with TSH

Detailed Answer:
No dear TSH levels have no relation withFSH or AMH at all.
Get the other two tests soon and also I hope you are taking medicine for elevated TSH levels
This will also increase the chances of pregnancy but the raised FSH in your case is definitely worrisome.
AMH levels can be tested anytime in cycle and have no relation with day of periods
