Brief Answer:
Please get screened for viral hepatitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I have worked through your query and attached reports in detail.

You possibly seem to have Acute Hepatitis.

The time for complete resolution as well as risk of relapse depends on the underlying cause.

Front runner causes include Alcohol intake and Viral hepatitis.

For this, I advise you to get serum Hbsag, IgM and IgG antibodies.

Please check with your physician if he shares my point of view and if can prescribe these tests to you.

Further management if any is based on test reports.

Generally it takes 3 to 6 months for complete recovery.

I advise you to stay at home.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

1) sir, i am under allopathic medication now for last 15 days as i am continuing Liv 52 DS tabkets & hepamarj tablets both at morning & night after food. Besides that i am also continuing Ayurvedic as well since last 5-6 days. Should i continue ayurvedic for another 2-3 days to complete its course.

2) secondly, i have done blood tests & liver function tests on last 8th & 14 th of this month having bilirubin content both above 8. Should i test now, if not now then after how many days. Can you brief me. What kind of tests should ì go for now besides that routine tests.

Thank you sir...hope you quickly respond my queries.

Brief Answer:
Get HbsAg, IgM Hbc tests.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I apologize for the delayed for owning to my hectic work schedule.

You should continue Liv 52 and Hepamerz.

Discontinue Ayurveda drugs.

It's important to get the viral hepatitis screen tests( which I mentionedin my earlier response) rather than the routine liver function tests.

If already done upload its attachments to decide further course of action.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

Sir
Thank you sir for giving replies to my queries by sharing your valuabe advices.
From today as my Ayurvedic course is completed, i have to discontinue from today & i will continue Liv 52 &!hepamerg as per your advice.

Secondly sir, you did not advice me sir after how many days should i go for tests as i have earlier done it on 8th & 14 th of Dec 15. As per your advice, you emphasize on liver screen tests rather than liver function tests i,e serrum bilirubin, SGOT & SGPT. In addition to it, i have tested for hb - 15.7, TLC-6600,POLY -63, LYMPH-28,MONO-0.4, Eosin -0.5, Esr-8 & Australia antigen ( HbsAg) which is found to be negative. In addition to it i have also tested for Alk phosphitate -288,total protein test- 7.3. IF ANYTHING LEFT SIR, PL ADVICE ME, WHEN I NEED TO TEST IT AGAIN FOR RECONFIRMATION AS I HAD TESTED ON 14 Dec. Pl advise me.

Brief Answer:
Relevant tests suggested

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I apologize for the delayed response owing to my work schedule.

I appreciate and understood the liver tests which you have taken. But I advise you to get the following tests as a part of VIRAL HEPATITIS SCREEN.

1.Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg)

2.Hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg)

3.Hepatitis B core antibody (anti-HBc)
immunoglobulin M (IgM) and anti-HBc IgG

4.Hepatitis B e antibody (anti-HBe)

5.Hepatitis B virus (HBV) deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA)

Since you have already taken Australian antigen HbsAg, you Can avoid taking it.Get tested for the remaining.

This will give an accurate view and guide you further.

Get these tests at the earliest and update me with the results.

VIRAL screen is mandatory in view elevated SGPT,SGOT, ALP and BIL.

Thank you.
