A lesion is present in the pancreatic region which is suspicious of pancreatic cancer.

I would advise you to do a blood test for CA 19.9 to confirm it.

About how big does it look? Where is it? I've attached a few more scans. Do there seem to be metastases?

It is not very big. I have seen the other scans.

At present moment there is no metastases.

It could be in early stage and if treated properly with surgery then it can be cured.

The lesion is in the tail of the pancreas and it can be easily be removed by surgery

If proper surgery is done by an oncosurgeon than cure rate is 85%
