Brief Answer:
Need some details.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concerns for your wife.

High blood pressure in pregnancy should be monitored and managed thoroughly. What has been her BP reading in last few days?

Other than high blood pressure, she is also having itching on her body.

Some amount of itching is normal in pregnancy.

I have gone through all her reports. In urine examination, WBCs are quite high which suggest urinary tract infection.

Uric acid levels are also on higher side.

Does she also have following symptoms:
toms may include:
edema (swelling),
sudden weight gain,
visual changes such as blurred or double vision
nausea, vomiting,
right-sided upper abdominal pain or pain around the stomach ?
Any other symptoms which you have noted?

Your reply will help me to reach to a better conclusion and give appropriate suggestions.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Possible pregnancy Induced Hypertension.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Sorry for late response.

I have seen her ultrasound report.
She has triplet pregnancy.

Considering all these reports, I think she is possibly going into Pregnancy Induced Hypertension.
In such cases, it is recommended that pregnancy be terminated at 36 weeks.

Frequent BP monitoring, colour Doppler to know fetal well-being and frequent urine urine examination is must at this stage.

Betamethasone for fetal lung maturity should be given at this stage.

Keep in regular touch with your OBGYN and discuss these issues.

Hope this helps.
I wish her good health.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
High risk pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.I have seen the later ultrasound report.
It shows twin pregnancy and appears to be a normal report in that respect.

However, it is considered as a high risk pregnancy and needs monitoring as I mentioned earlier.

It would be safer to terminate pregnancy no later than 38 weeks depending on her condition.

Keep in regular touch with your OBGYN.

Best Regards.
