Brief Answer:
She is having old healed tb lesions.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Her x ray findings are suggestive of old, healed, inactive lung scar.
She is having tuberculosis in the past and taken 8 months of treatment. So her tb lesions must have healed.
Calcified lesions on chest x ray are indicative of old, healed tb lesions.
So she is mostly not suffering from active tuberculosis.
Please let me know
1. Is she having fever, weight loss?
2. Is she having cough with or without expectoration?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wishing good health to your maid. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
No need to worry for active tuberculosis.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Health Care Magic.
She is not having any symptoms of active tuberculosis. She is not having fever, chronic cough, weight loss etc. So no need to worry for active tuberculosis.
Dull face and lethargic feeling might be due to post menopausal symptoms.
So, in my opinion, she is not having active tuberculosis and hence she is not infectious.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wishing good health to your maid. Thanks.
