Brief Answer:
Findings suggests degenrative changes in knee joint.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I have gone through your findings in detail.
MRI findings suggests degenerative changes in knee joint along with post-operative changes of meniscectomy in medial meniscus.
Findings are same as compared to previous MRI,there are no significant changes.

Degenerative changes are evident by presence of chondromalacia(softening and inflammation of cartilage under patella)associated with mild fluid in joints.

Degenerative changes can be managed by physiotherapy(muscle strengthening exercises),analgesics,non-weight bearing and isometric knee exercises. You may also use hot fomentation, knee brace.
These conservative methods are helpful in up to 90 % of cases.

Hope I have answered your question.

Previous report also suggest degenerative osteoarthritis in left knee.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Previous report also suggest degenerative osteoarthritis in left knee. Most likely it is related to past history of injury and it is deteriorated from past findings.

You were rightly advised for steroid injections. This causes relief by decreasing inflammation.
