Brief Answer:
Test LH,FSH and PRL. Change your lifestyle.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can understand your concern.

Your testosterone level is sub-optimal.
But before advising treatment for it,kindly do the following tests :
1. FSH,LH,PRL.
2. scrotal doppler ultrasound scan.

It would be in your interest to start exercising daily for about an hour.
Also, try to restrict masturbation to once daily if possible.
This may help get back your libido.

Wish you well.

Brief Answer:
Your reports are within normal range.

Hi XXXX,

Your testosterone is well within normal range.
In healthy adults, the normal testosterone is from 260-1100 ng/ml.
