Brief Answer:
Hello dear. By reports it looks like advanced cancer

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So it looks like an advanced stage(stage 4) disease as it has gone upto the brain. However you require following investigations
1. Either a bone scan or petct scan to look for the disease in the bones and other parts of body
2. Biopsy of the easily accessible lesion(either from lung mass or enlarged supraclavicular node) to confirm the cancer and to determine the type of cancer.
. Please revert back with the reports of investigations as i advised so that we can discuss the treatment options.
It is a stage 4 cancer and not C1 lung cancer
Thanks and regards
