What Do The Following Blood And Urine Test Results Indicate?

My name is XXXX and I am 24 yrs. old.
I recently had a blood test and urine test and the result is as follows
MCHC - 319 g/L
Ala. Aminotransferase (ALT) - 35 U/L
Asp. Aminotransferase (AST) - 32 U/L
Sex Hormone Binding Globulin - 17 nmol/L
Serum C - reactive protein (CRP) - 16 mg/L
Serum complement (C3) - 2.01 g/L
Serum complement (C4) - 0.41 g/L
After these result, the doctor has recommended for another blood test. They are as follows
Test Requested - U/E, FBE, ESR, ENA, C3, C4, CRP
Clinical notes - High ESR, CRP, C3C4 for investigation
Also, she advised me for an Ultrasound scan - Pelvis
I really didn't understand about these tests. Could you please explain?

It's advisable to get a CT scan of abdomen and pelvis to locate the accurate source of infection and to start appropriate therapy.
The possibility of pelvic inflammatory disease has to be ruled out safely.
Hence get this test and update me test reports at the earliest.
