What Do The Following Blood And Urine Test Reports During Pregnancy Indicate?

Question: Hi My wife is 13 weeks pregnant. We were advised to do a few blood tests. She has been taking tablet Microgest Vaginally plus few other mediciens. The urine report seems way off so needed some analysis done on her blood reports which i shall be attaching

I have gone through your reports.

All the reports are normal except the urine which shows the epithelial cells pus cells and bacteria. Suggestive of the urine infection. Get the urine culture done and treat it with the specific antibiotic.

Thanks Doctor. Is it a serious problem or concern during pregnancy. My wife already had an IUFD (fetal Demise at 6 months) during her first pregnancy. Is this infection treatable ??

Need not worry much about this. It is completely curable. Just get the culture test it'll show which antibiotic is appropriate for her. Al most many pregnant females get such infection. So don't panic much.

Consult your doctor who can prescribe her the antibiotics.
