Detailed Answer:
Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic!
Thanks for consulting at HCM virtual clinic. I have carefully gone through your query, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options.

1.First of all do not panic.

2.If this kind of scanty bleeding pattern has started over last few months, then we need to know certain other clinical conditions also.

3. Are you having any known history of Thyroid disease? Any recent changes in your body weight? Any history of exposure to genital tract infections, tuberculosis or curettage?

4. I will suggest to get some blood investigations done-
Hemogram, urine routine examination, Thyroid function test, MTb PCR, USG abdomen and pelvis.

5. If there is no other physical problem and no other menstrual issue except spotting instead of regular bleeding, I will suggest you not to worry and keep watch on your cycle pattern.

If you are sexually active please use appropriate contraceptive method if needed.

Please do indulge in a healthy diet and exercise regime.

I hope this answer was helpful to you!
If your having any further queries feel free to ask, if not then please rate it as helpful and write a short review about your experience with me! I would appreciate that a lot.
Thank you and best regards!
