Brief Answer:
Gastric discomfort, needs supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Consistent pain under both the breasts is likely a hypochondrial pain and due to gastric discomfort and irritation like GERD and gastritis. medications and age related functional decline both can cause these discomforts. You should get a baseline EKG to sort out any heart problem for this pain and then continue with antacids, diet lifestyle adjustments and supportive care. Avoid triggers in diet like soda, alcohol, beverages, spices etc. Avoid Painkillers like NSAIDs and prefer tylenol for the pain.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
