Brief Answer:
it doesn't

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

what of treatment do you take? What was the diagnosis?
Elevated liver enzymes cannot (by themselves) cause leg swelling. Some causes of liver dysfunction may do so but I need a diagnosis or some test reports for a better understanding of your condition.

I'll be waiting for your input.

Brief Answer:
it can be related to treatment

Detailed Answer:
Oh! My thoughts went too far into swelling causes and involved the legs! The legs can be swollen in patients with liver disease but obviously it doesn't have to do anything with you...

So I guess that you're taking N-acetylcysteine, right? It may cause swelling and it's actually a fairly common side effect particularly in patients taking it at high doses (like those given for tylenol toxicity). If it's not N-acetylcysteine, then please inform about the drug you're taking.

Kind Regards!
